EMILY BOYLE

Emily Boyle

“I have always loved writing, design, and media. I attended Virginia Commonwealth University, where I studied Fashion Design, Marketing, and Advertising, then spent a few years after college in San Diego. I moved to Atlanta over two decades ago, where I worked at Atlanta Business Chronicle and The Business Journals for 18 years, engaging with industry movers and shakers. In 2019, I became Associate Publisher of Atlanta Magazine’s HOME and was fortunate to dive right into the city’s luxury home and interior design community. Finally, in May 2020, I took a leap of faith and launched my marketing consulting practice.

Around that time, I also felt the pull to write and tell stories. My father, a published author, has been a major influence on my desire to connect with readers on an emotional level. I’m unashamed to admit that I’ve shed a few tears after completing a story or letter. It feels vulnerable sometimes, but there’s tremendous satisfaction in knowing that something I wrote touched someone deeply.”
