“I am a self-described ‘Type A’ creative who, after a two-decade corporate career, answered my life calling to be a painter. Hailing from the artistic haven of Asheville, NC, I draw inspiration from the dynamic cultural tapestry that defines this mountain city.

Self-taught, I primarily paint with acrylics and embrace the messiness of palette knives and untraditional tools. I am known for my signature style: layers upon layers of textures and colors, creating emotion with bold strokes and vivid hues.

My work can be viewed at galleries and retail locations. Loyal collectors across the U.S. also keep me busy with commissions. Outside of my studio, I am an artist/owner of the Asheville Gallery of Art and hold leadership roles with ArtsvilleUSA and the Asheville-based Biltmore Lake Imaginative Studio Stroll.”
